The Latitude P6-60/6 panels feature 4-mm hardened prismatic glass, 1000-volt insulation and a visually elegant slimline aluminium frame.
The special prismatic glass surface traps the sun’s rays better, making it possible for Latitude Solar panels to boost annual energy yields by at least 4–8% (depending on location) compared to ordinary solar glass. The benefits of the prismatic glass are even greater when the panels have to be set up at less-than-ideal angles, such as on building façades or in south-facing arrays.
The hardened glass protects the cells against the effects of harsh weather. Each panel is designed to withstand high snow loads, and is tested to loads of 5400 Pa.
